Since 2001 TK Retail Consultants has been running a commercial property letting and management company. We subsequently invested in commercial properties in the Winelands area.
We are now extending our portfolio to residential property management. We can be trusted to ensure that correct tenant screening and legal processes are followed with the signing of a new lease, thereby safeguarding and maximizing rental income on rental properties.
We also provide the service of ensuring a second home, which is occupied for only a limited period, is maintained in all levels when unoccupied.

Tracey Kirsten has been involved in the commercial property management since its onset, along with the late Trevor Kirsten who started the company. She took over the reigns in 2010, and has decided to expand the business into residential property management.
